Helpful Notes

• Color: Work the blanket up in however many colors you wish. Choose one solid color. Work less repeats of Rows 2-9 and add more color stripes. Alternate colors however you choose. Feel free to get creative with your color scheme.

• Embellishments: Substitute the pom poms for different colors, sizes, or scrap them altogether. Do you prefer tassels? Fringe? Something simpler?

• Blanket Length: Work more or less repeats of Rows 2-9 in each color to change the length of the blanket.

• Blanket Width: To adjust the width of the blanket, begin with a chain of any even number. Work the pattern as written, adjusting the stitch count as you go.
