Purchasing & Downloads
How do I receive my pattern after purchase?
All patterns are delivered instantly as a digital PDF download. After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link.
Can I re-download my pattern later?
Yes. Your download link remains accessible through your order confirmation email. If you misplace it, contact support and we’ll resend it.
If you have created an account on the Juniper & Oakes Shop, you can access all of your purchases from your Customer Account. Log in and Click “Downloads.” A list of your purchased patterns will appear with download buttons.
What is your refund policy?
We do NOT offer refunds on our digital products (patterns, courses, bundles, etc.)
For Physical Items: We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Are these physical patterns?
No. All patterns are digital PDF downloads. No physical items will be mailed.
How can I contact customer support?

Are your mosaic crochet patterns beginner-friendly?
Many of my patterns are written with adventurous beginners in mind. If you’re comfortable with basic crochet stitches, you can begin learning overlay mosaic crochet.
What skill level are your patterns?
Each listing clearly indicates the skill level. Patterns range from beginner-friendly squares and accessories to more advanced statement blankets.
Do your patterns include charts?
Yes. Overlay mosaic patterns include stitch charts and written instructions for clarity.
Are video tutorials included?
Many patterns include companion video tutorials to guide you through key techniques.
Materials & Format
What yarn weight do you use?
Yarn weight and materials are listed clearly within each pattern description and inside the PDF.
Can I resize the blankets?
Most blanket patterns include instructions or guidance for adjusting size. You may have to get creative and use the repeats provided to make adjust your blanket size.
Are your patterns written in US or UK terms?
All patterns are written in US crochet terms unless otherwise specified.
Are your patterns available in other languages?
All patterns are in English

Can I sell finished items made from your patterns?
Yes, you may sell finished handmade items in small quantities. Please credit Juniper & Oakes as the designer. Mass production is not permitted.
Can I share or redistribute the pattern?
Absolutely not.
Patterns are for personal use only. Please do not copy, redistribute, or share the PDF files.
